This page describes what we collect when you use mango4d and how we keep that data protected. We require a clear photograph of your ID document and a live selfie taken in real time with your ID visible in the frame. This data is used to confirm your identity, prevent duplicate accounts, and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. We do not use your date of birth for marketing or age-based profiling; it is collected solely for verification.
Payment and transaction data
When you deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we record the amount, the payment method, the timestamp, and the status of the transaction. We also log your withdrawal requests, the destination payment method, and the settlement date. We retain this transaction history for seven years to satisfy regulatory record-keeping requirements. Your bank account details are encrypted and stored separately from your account profile; we never share them with unrelated third parties.
Account activity and game history
We log every wager you place on Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League football markets, live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus), and esports markets (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile). This data includes the game type, the amount wagered, the outcome, and the exact time of the transaction. We use this data to detect fraud, resolve disputes, and calculate your account balance. We also use it to identify patterns of problem play, such as rapid repeated losses; if we detect such patterns, we may flag your account for support outreach (not mandatory intervention).
Device and access logs

Device logs and IP addresses are retained for 90 days.
